Return Process

  Place the product in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund without restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
